Today was officially my 100th day on the race! That's insane! The time has flown by, yet God has done so much good that it seems like forever ago that I left on this journey!

From painting murals, to building a house.
From teaching sunday school, to ministering to the police.
From doing street outreach, to living in community.
From the financial support, to receiving prayer and encouragement.

There is so much joy to be found in these past 100 days. So much good the Lord has done. So much growth in my intimacy with the Father.

God has been teaching me a lot about who I am in Him, and I didn't really know this until on the race, but He has blessed me with a double portion of everlasting joy. It was obvious to everyone (but me, apparently) that I have an abundant amount of joy.

But the truth is God didn't just give me a lot of joy and that's it. He is constantly refilling my joy and showing me to find joy in all moments even the unexpected ones. Joy is a heart posture and a gift that the Lord wants me to walk in with Him. He wants me to know Him and pursue Him more and more through joy.

From finding a Dunkin Donuts, to eating Pupusas.
From baby wipe showers, to washing dishes.
From walking to wifi, to hiking a volcano.
From thunderstorms, to fireflies.
From losing at Ticket to Ride, to spilling paint all over my foot.

There is joy to be found in everything. We just got to look for it, embrace it, and thank God for it.

God has blessed me with 100 days of joy here on the race. But He has also blessed me with 22 years full of joy and promised me a future life full of joy.

From the big things, to the little things.
From the hard times, to the good times.

Father, I choose to walk in joy with You in every moment of every day for the remainder of the race and the remainder of my life.
